Spring Picnic

Today was our annual Spring Picnic at M.A.C. My club, Student Government, decided to have a stress relief and laid bubble rap on the ground and people could come by and stomp, jump, dance or roll to relief their stress. We made our area a Hawaiian theme and really enjoyed the day. The sun even decided to come out and make the day even better. I was kind of sad when we were taking everything down, this was my last picnic and I was going to miss the craziness.

Word to the wise, do not put double sided carpet tape down on concrete and try to put bubble rap on top. It doesn't work very well and your shoe can get stuck on it and break when you try to lift your foot. I have to buy a new pair of flip flops now. Oh well, it was worth it.

  1. Here I am with my red correction pen!!! Are you ready? It's bubble wrap, not rap. you decided to have a stress reliver, not relief. People could relive their stress, not relief it. "I was kind of sad when we were taking everything down, this was my last picnic and I was going to miss the craziness." This should be two separate sentences. Either use a semicolon or a period. Are you sure you're ready to graduate?

What happened between you and the crazy girl?

  2. Ahem. Um, Laurel? That's relieve, not relive. I don't know about you, but I don't want to relive any stress. Just saying....
